Our trained technicians will rebuild your worn ABB or Fanuc wrist assembly to like new condition for less than the OEM. Each wrist assembly is thoroughly inspected and rebuilt to OEM specifications. If your wrist includes servo motors, those too will be evaluated and repaired during the wrist repair. Each unit is fully tested to verify proper operation when installed in your robot.
Each wrist is completely disassembled. All components are cleaned and inspected. Each item is carefully prepped for reassembly. Each completed wrist assembly is fully tested prior to return to our customers.

ABB robot wrist faults can be caused by: coupling misalignment, contamination, oil leaks, drive faults, motor feedback, shorted motors, normal wear and more. All robot wrist repairs are assigned a unique repair tracking number along with incoming and outgoing photos of each part. This is to document that the correct unit that is received is shipped back to our customer.
When the units are completed, they go under a rigorous system test to make sure that when the unit is received by the customer it will work. All of our repairs are backed by a (12) month In-Service warranty that begins upon installation.
